Record the validity and completion status of tasks through the signature process.
Ensure that employees finalize the signature process for their assigned tasks, adding discipline to task management.
When all staff members have signed off on the task, the task status is automatically marked as completed.
Keep signature data securely stored within Perfex CRM for easy access when needed.
